Contraflow Inc. is a GuideStar-registered 501c3 nonprofit corporation, whose mission includes, but is not limited to:

• researching the effects of Hurricane Katrina on responders, volunteers and survivors;
• cataloging our past four years of research files, media and material;
• publish research findings;
• producing documentary films from over 13,000 minutes of footage shot in the aftermath;
• developing curriculum;
• building a research website for those interested in learning more about Katrina;
• helping to establish a Katrina Responder Appreciation Day.
