On 4.16.05, I was still promoting the message of “too much history for just one month” AFROMATION: 366 Days of American History on television, in person as in the above photo taken at a local Borders Books & Music in Henderson, Nevada. A week before Hurricane Katrina, I was in the midst of franchising the “366 Days of American History” brand, developing historical reference handbooks working with educators from other demographic groups.
